We use online virtual consultation software that will allow us to talk with confidence.

 

 If you are a new patient and are self isolating, you will benefit from:

 

• 30 minute consultation- establish why you have your pain.

• Diagnosis- you will be diagnosed to the best of our ability. Most spinal complaints are diagnosed accurately through clinical information alone.

• Digital report of findings- You will be sent a report detailing your diagnosis and information on your complaint and expected recovery times.

• Digital Self management strategy- You will be sent a plan of recovery with relevant advice, exercises and lifestyle advice.

If you are a current patient, you will benefit from:

1. Can you diagnose me online?

​

There are some limitations to online diagnosis HOWEVER most complaints can be accurately diagnosed with clinical information alone- which can be obtained through online discussion and questioning. 

​

  2. Can I do what you prescribe at home?

​

Everything you are prescribed can be done and implemented at home or on your daily solitary exercise activity. 

​

  3. Will I get better without hands on treatment?

​

It is suggested in clinic that 80% of recovery is made outside of the treatment room. Yes, you can get better without hands on treatment. You will receive a plan of recovery intended to help you just as much as any face to face intervention.
